This 18 year old US man crashed his car and ended up in the middle of a river of freezing water.  Panicking as to how he could summon for help he asked Siri to call 911. Some of the clients we work with are at risk of falls and so it is perhaps useful to know that you can use your phone, or associated smart watch, to call for help using the simple command “Hey Siri call….” or “Hey Google call…”
